Wendy's *Fresh* Burgers?

If Wendy's bugers are fresh but never frozen...so, how do they keep them fresh?

The meat is refrigerated. They have the supplier deliver the amount that they need each day, couple of days. Ever hear of SYSCO? They are a large restaurant supplier and will deliver any amount of fresh meat, when and where you need it. Fast Food restaurants work on a small margin so they are always gathering statistics to improve on the least amount they can waste and keeping expenditures LOW. The fresh burger is ordered on a as-needed basis using those stats.

they say that to advertise! It is not possible to keep meat from going bad  with out being frozen! Plus Every Fast food place, and stores!! They order  lots of Boxes of Meat and other stuff they cant keep it all out of the cold cause it will go bad . And food poisoning can happen , and its even worst!!!!!

if that is true, then they must keep the ground meat fresh like grocery stores, and shape them everyday.
