150 calories for frosty..Not worth it.Instead drink water or read.Treat yourself when you feel like taking a nice bath and relax and breathe..I'm working out.I don't do all that hard work for nothing.Treat yourself not your gut.

Milk shake anything is bad..food period.Stick to healthy food.  good luck
