Wendy's Slogan is Always Fresh Never Frozen ?

Question

But how do they keep meat so it doesnt spoil? I mean mcdonalds has tons of boxes in there freezers full of meat. I doubt wendys has a butcher in the back killing cows, so how is this possible? And if they use a refigerator isnt it basically the same as being frozen cause the fridge has to be kept at a cold temp to.??

Well, the trick is this: the meat is not frozen, so technically, it's true. Now, it's not true in the sense that it is freshly cut, pressed and put on the grill, nobody has the time for all that. Especially when there's a timer over your head at all given times. The meat is shipped and sent to the store and everything--I mean every case of meat has to be gone before the expiration date. Now, how one gets rid of the meat is another matter because if you've ever worked in a Wendy's you'd know that a case of meat has at least, oh, I'd like to say at least 40 or more patties per slip, so that's about 100+ patties a case. At times I wonder how it it is that we manage, but then again... I guess I shouldn't really. The expiration date is never too far off because this stuff is the real deal, so it has to go quickly. The same applies for everything in the store.

Wendy's does only serve fresh meat.  They get meat delivered frequent enough that they can do that.

They get in just enough to satisfy the customer inbetween deliveries? Like 20lbs for the week. I am guessing this.

Ask the manager @ Wendys.

thats funny....I had the choice of going to McDonalds vs Wendys last night and I chose Wendys....McDonalds is never fresh...and I always have to wait....for LEFTOVER food....yeah....Id rather go to Wendys

my family owns a McDonald's and I will not eat there I go to Wendy's or Bk instead. I am banned from there though Daddy's orders
