and can you get a steak and shake milk shake to go?

none. for me. I am pursuing a healthy life. so I am trying to be away from this things.

steak and shake has the best shakes.

sadly, that's the ONLY good thing they have anymore.

Try culver's (butterburgers) shakes.  fantastic.  Their burgers are great too.

Unlike the Martian  (just kidding btw cister) who answered first I have lots of experience with both. Steak and shake is WAY better if for no other reason than you have loads more options, and they make the shakes by hand to order with real ice cream. They are definitely available to go....mine has a drive through. The only upside to the frosty is that as far as frozen fast food treats it (I've found) has the lowest fat content compared to like items.
