Wendy's vs Arby's?

Wendy's is much healthier. Arby's does not offer any food that is low fat or low calorie.

Wendy's on the other hand, offers a side salad with low cal dressing, a plain baked potato, and their chili is also very healthy and full of fiber. Even their 5 pc chicken nuggets are only about 250 calories. Wendy's is way healthier.

I think Wendy's has more "normal" salads, whereas Arby's has specialty salads. By that, meaning apples and walnuts in the salads. Personally, I like "normal" salads, which has the tomato and lettuce and carrots. Whatever you do, don't get burgers because it looks like someone sat on them!!! And I have had Wendy's side salads, and they give you a lot.

I would say Wendy's. I think their burgers, fries, and shakes are way better than arbys.

i would say wendys. they have salads and you can choose different sides, like mandarin oranges or a side salad. im not too sure if arbys has any salads or not. i dont remember seeing any there.

Arby's, Wendys used to have the cold sandwich's but no more. The only thing I can say Wendys hasbetter is the baked potato. I was not happy when they got rid of the broccoli and cheese sauce though.
