All in all, it seems like Barcelona have picked Arsenal to be their constant suppliers of players from here on.
However, instead of being rather infuriated with the Catalan’s constantly coming in and signing some of the Gunners best players, Wenger is rather happy with the fact that the Spanish club do so.
He feels that it’s a compliment to the team that one of the best clubs in the world want to sign players from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429, and that it means the club is definitely doing something correctly.
“That Barcelona come look and buy our players can be seen as a compliment for us," Wenger said in a recent interview.
"Because it proves that our players are well-educated and also that our players are those that are most relevant to their style of game."
The Gunners boss also took time to talk about his future, as he revealed that he still had not made any decisions about what he wanted to do, and that he was more interested in planning for his coming games.
"I have two years to go. What is important for me is Southampton [on Saturday] and I think I have shown my commitment to this club in the past," he added.
"At the moment I am not in the mood to think about the long-term future. We want to do well this season, that's all.”
However, he went on to admit that he was an Arsenal fan and loved the club. As a result, he would only want the very best for the team and nothing else.
"I am an Arsenal man. I think I have always shown that. I have to consider if I do well or not. If I don't do well, I have to consider my future."
