Question:

Went on vacation for a week and lost my volleyball skills. How do I get them back b4 tryout this weekend

Okay here it goes, last week I went on vacation last week and I did not practice for volleyball at all. When I woke up this morning I went outside and I played around for a little while and i noticed that I was out of control. I need help because tryouts are this weekend & i want to get my mojo back before them. also one more question, how should i be eating ts week? thanks for reading and answering.

  1. Just practice passing the ball to your self...or if possible to somebody else. you can even hit against a wall. Im a setter and i even lay on the floor while im watching tv and set the ball to myself.  Once you get back on the court it will all come back to you but until then get somebody to throw the ball to u and you can pass it back. Its hard not to, but dont get too nervous for tryouts just do your best and the coaches will see that you are trying your hardest. As far as eating just try to eat healthy, get some protein and even a little sugar before tryouts for energy but dont eat too much or you will feel slow and possibly tired. Drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep! Hope this helped! Good Luck =)
