Question:

Went over gift card limit?

So, I just bought something online with my American Express gift card but I went over the limit and now when I check the balance it says -$.76. I checked the website and they said that they do not accept cancellations, do you think that they will cancel my order or will they charge me later? The sites https://www.districtlines.com by the way, oh and it said that instead of canceling your item, you can only exchange. But I can't seem to figure out how I could do that.

Thanks.

  1. SEND THEM AN EMAIL AND SEE WHAT YOU NEED TO DO.  LOOK FOR A PHONE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE.  THEY PROBABY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR GOING OVER.  NOT SURE BUT MOST DO.

  2. Tip:

    1. Go to the back of you gift card there is number call it, it will send you to a answering system where you can enter the card info to see if the funds are still it will tell you if it processed

2.Call tomorrow and tell them the order didn't go through and refund your money. they will do it its part of their policy.

If you have more money sure on another gift card sure, just make sure you have enough on it by checking first!.
