The UEFA Champions League winners are in discussions with the German club over De Bruyne and the attacking midfielder looks set to join Bremen on a season-long loan deal.
Werder Bremen chief executive, Klaus Allofs, has disclosed that the German team are negotiating for the loan deal of the creative playmaker http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786. This will be the second loan spell away
from Stamford Bridge for the young prodigy.
The Weserstadion expect that the youngster will add quality and creativity to their squad. The German team is sure that the signing of the 21-year-old Belgian footballer will be done when the FA cup holders come back from their
off-season trip of the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/America-c38390.
The chief admitted that they had been talking and discussing the prospective transfer since the last couple of months. In that time, they met with Chelsea football club and the winger several times to conclude a deal for him to
come to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 for a short period of time.
"We have already had a number of meetings with club and player in the past few months and we're in advanced talks," Allofs was quoted as saying in an interview.
The talks have been very fruitful and negotiations are going smooth but a deal is yet to materialise for now. Hopefully, the transfer is 90 % certain and it can be finalised once the Blues return from their pre-season trip in America.

"Things are looking good, but it's not a done deal yet. We hope to wrap up the transfer next week when Chelsea is back from their pre-season trip in the USA," the director finally concluded.
De Bruyne signed for the London side from Genk in the January transfer window, earlier this year. The talented playmaker was imminently returned to his previous club for the remainder of the season to gain more experience and so
that he comes back a better player.
De Bruyne is a Belgian national; he has played for his country twice. He can operate as an attacking midfielder or a winger. He made 92 appearances for Genk and contributed with 17 goals.
