Werder Bremen defender Naldo has stated that he has fully recovered from injury and is optimistic for the season. He claimed that his knee is perfect now and hopes to be in the squad as early as next week. The Brazilian also insisted
that he will fight for his place in the Bremen line-up and vowed to prove his worth.
The Brazilian international suffered a knee injury which kept him out for the last season and now he has finally recovered and ready to be part of the squad.
Naldo claimed that he feels perfect and admitted that he has finally recovered from all the knee worries. He insisted that he is ready to make the comeback and wants to be part of the Bremen squad that plays Bayer Leverkusen this
weekend.
“I feel very good, have no more problems. My comeback is imminent. I can very well imagine being there against Leverkusen. I am ready to help. I feel like before my injury,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
