Werder Bremen’s Tim Wiese likely to move abroad at the end of this season – Bundesliga news

Wiese thinks that the River Islanders are struggling financially which might force him to make a move elsewhere.
The shot-stopper was talking ahead of Bremen’s next league fixture against FC Nurnberg. The match will take place on Saturday, September 17, at easyCredit-Stadion. Wiese added that he would prefer staying back in Germany, playing for Bremen, but a move away
from the country can’t be ruled out.

Wiese’s current contract at the club is set to expire at the end of this season after which he will be available on a free transfer. However, Bremen officials would want to make some money from the player’s transfer and therefore, a new contract can be expected
any time soon.
While talking to the press regarding his possible move abroad, the shot-stopper enthused, "Next year I will be available on a free transfer, there are a lot of possibilities. I'm only 29 years old. Another league would appeal to me if things do not work
out at Werder. Things are going well and we're successful because it's fun again. We play football together, it's as simple as that."
The former Kaiserslautern player made his way to Weserstadion in 2005 and so far has 171 league appearances under his belt. He made his http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 debut in 2006 and has 5 international caps to his name until now. Wiese has so far appeared in all the league
fixtures this season and is highly likely to retain his place unless he suffers from an injury.
