Were Stone Cold and Mick Foley actually serious when they said Cena vs. Lashley was a "Dream Match"?

They couldn't have been.. And if my guess is right, how much did Vince pay them to sit there in front of the camera and have them say it's a dream match?

Cena vs. Lashley was in no way a dream match, not even a match to remember 2 months later, especially when compared to epic matches like Stone Cold vs. The Rock.
