Were are mt photos that was in my yahoo account,if i updated my yahoo account?

not sure how you meant updated, as of last year , users were to trasnfer to Yahoo Flickr, if not, then files would be lost, if you you did move files then they would be at flickr , or possibly photobucket or other if you chose so,

sorry, it may have been wiser at the time for yahoo to leave old files on old or new server for persons to transfer, or move all images to flickr by default ,

~though there may have been thousands of old files never access over the years, yet any yahoo user would also have had to update their email monthly or often and through that a notice would/ should have be emailed to user,

~ if not then try contacting yahoo for possibility of re accessing old files, if not possible,

~then try searching for origin of uploaded files from source , emails, drives, film negatives and cds,
