Were are these All Blacks?

Question

well I live in Australia and we don't get alot of info on NZ rugby.

Were are these players gone or are they just not good enough to be an All Black anymore?

Carl Hayman

Joe Rokocoko

Luke McAlister

Rico Gear

Hayman - Newcastle Falcons

Luke McAlister - Sale Sharks

Rico Gear - Worcester Warriors

All premiership clubs.

Rokocoko is still in New Zealand as far as I know but is injured.

McAlister plays for Sale and Hayman now plays for Newcastle overseas. Gear is still signed with the NZRFU but currently plays for Worcester. As for Roks, he had a wrist injury and had surgery. Some people say he's recovering and still training with the ABs but actually according to his All Blacks profile his contract expired in 2007.
