  1. the thing with foreclosed homes is that most are through bank .so just go to a bank with short sale homes. the thing with the list is B.S i think take your money and don't give you anymore than you could get .Don.D.

  2. Here try this.....

    http://www.ocwen.com/reo/residential/res...

    http://www.realtytrac.com/MapSearch/Free...

    http://www.ushomeauction.com/

Try these websites, the best i've found. Good luck

  3. The people who put together the lists don't sell houses.  They sell lists.  They won't give you a free one.

Even if you buy a list, you need a Realtor if you actually want to BUY a house - so start with a Realtor to begin with and skip the expensive waste of time.

There are three types of foreclosures - VA, HUD and Lender owned.  Realtors have access to all three.  From your question, I know that you are not knowledgeable enough to buy a house at the courthouse steps - stay away from there.

  4. Just go to a realtors website and they usually have alot of foreclosure listings on their site, dont pay these other sites because you can find out from a realtor for free. Try remax or prudential, ive looked at those sites and they have foreclosure listings.
