Were can I find fuses for my Sony STR-V444 Home Theater Reciever? I need 6 of them at a resonable price.?

The fuses are (237 125v 10a). I checked out my fuses though, but do not look blown. How can you tell? Is it possible for them to be bad even if they look ok?

If you've got a volt meter, you can hold a probe on both ends of a NON-INSTALLED fuse with your hands. With the meter set on 5 amp, the needle will swing if the fuse is still one piece. Otherwise, if it is glass, hold it in your fingertips and thip it with a finger snap. If the wire is broken, it will vibrate like a jew harp.

Take the suspect fuse out of the socket and test its continuity with a multimeter.

If it passes, the fuse is good.  If it fails, it's bad.
