There's no, one site that's going to give consistently cheaper prices than the others You just have to look around. When you do find the flight/car you want, be sure to check with that airline's web site or that car rental company's web site and see if you can maybe get the same thing for a little bit cheaper.

One other option is that you could try to name your own price on Priceline.  That might save you a little.
