  2. On private land with the landowner's permission. Nowhere else.

  3. Like the Steve C, I know of people who use the fields after the barley has been cut, so long as you use the outside of the field. There is also a track at Sprucefield near Lisburn (I think you access it from the Blaris Road) and its around £15 per day to use. I have also seen them being used at Tyrella Beach in the winter (near Newcastle) but I dont know how legal that it lol.
