Henry Fonda Theater in Hollywood usually has some fights, also in the Palmdale/Lancaster area you can find some amateur fights.

If Irvine is in Southern California, you might want to check out Roy Englebrecht's "Battle in the Ballroom" series at the Irvine Marriott Hotel. I think they have shows every other month and they are VERY popular!
