Were can i advertise my cleaning business in surrey for free?

hi , i am starting up a cleaning company were all clients pay to join a members club so they dont have to pay commissions. this is for weekly household cleaning in surrey. hope some one can help?? please please???

Most towns and communities have a Penny Saver type of paper that goes out weekly.  Also there is the local super markets that have a bulletin board for sticking up fliers and for sale items.
