Were can i buy a goat from?

i would like to get the kids a pet goat but were do i buy 1.

I would check around with your local farmers.  You could even try craigslist and look under the farm/garden section.  I have sold a few of my goats on there.   Just make sure if you have never owned a goat before you read up on goats and get as much information about them as you can before you purchase one.  Good Luck!

You can try looking at petfinder.com or the website for your local animal shelters and humane society.  I've seen goats before on petfinder (they will be under barnyard animals) and on the website for my local animal shelter.  With these, you would have to pay an adoption fee, most likely under $90.
