The salts are just as good. It has just the same amount of iodine and minerals as seaweed would. Plus, it's easier to use!

Stat taking about 400 IU's of vitamin E every day.  And Take abou 1000 mls, of Vit. C to help you body absorb the E.  A multi every day is not enough.

Buy the book, "The Vitamin Bible"  That book changed my life, it's simple and if you don't like to read, just go to the back and pick our life style and it will tell you what Vitamins to take very day.  I started at 24 and now at 49 I look like I'm in my 30's.
