I hope your talking about spandex, the material.If so then you need to go to a sporting goods store the sells bicycle clothing and skiing clothing and wrestling clothing and all that stuff is made with spandex, so look there.

Many highend retailers carry Spanx.  Target carries a discounted line for spanx called Assets.  They are great.  I couldn't live without my Spanx now that I've had two kids.  If you can't find them in your area, you can also order them online.  But, I'd call whatever nice lingerie stores you have in your area first.  They might be able to order it for you.
