Go to the link you posted for Board Game Geek.  If you create a free user account there, you can add the game to your WANTED list.  There are 11 current members of Board Game Geek that list that game on their GAMES OWNED list (all in the UK or Germany).  Perhaps you can contact one of them and see if they are interested in selling their copy to you or trading it for another game that you own.  At any rate, you can set up your account so that you are automatically notified if somebody puts a copy up for sale in the Board Game Geek Marketplace or if an eBay listing is posted.
