Yeah I know what your talking about there are these buildings they are kinda secret so keep it on the low but you go in there and find the head person. She will have you fill out some paper work and than you get a card. After that you find the book and take it up to the front desk. Thw head person swipes the card and you can have the book for a certain amount of time. I think the place is called a library not shure though.
