well its not ALWAYS bad to download games for free, but granted they are provided by their respective owner, like recently Red Alert became free, and so did Far Cry.

But I've never heard of GTA being free to download. Its not a new game, why not get yourself a second hand for a good deal now? Either EBGames or Ebay. Don't be that cheap.
