Were can i download then convert videos for my ipod

Question

I want to download full videos / tv shows and music videos for free with good quality then put them on my ipod without deleting my songs that are on there. i dont want to go through 30 steps to get them just download convert and save to my ipod anyone have help?

1.use zamzar, it support free online donwload and convertion

2.download Videodownloader. This is a plug-in for Firefox. It enables you capture streaming video from website

but the videos downloaded from YouTuBe is flv format,ipod accepts only mp4 videos,so u need a professional third party software to convert the videos to MP4 videos,i used to iSkysoft ipod movie converter, it's easy to operate and support free upgrade..
