I personally find the four-wheeled barrows easier to handle.  They don't tip over as easily and can carry a heavy load.  All the hardware and home improvement stores sell them.

They have them at our Wal-mart, but you can find them at any hardware store. Like Ace or you can get them at Lowe's.

"Wheels"  Try your local home store (Lowes or Home Depot) if they don't stock one, they can order it.
