Go to the great marsh game and there will be a guy with blue hair outside talk to him keep following him until eventually he vanishes then i think Cynthia talks with you. Then once at canalave city your friend will talk with you go to the library and you will here a bang go to outside and you will be told to go check at the lakes. Team galactic will be there beat them and then go to the other 2 lakes and help your friends. Once you have done that go to Veilstone City and go to the big team galatic wearhouse there will be a blue haired guy outside that wasnt there before. Talk to him and he will run away but drop a key. Get the key and go to the other side of the city west i think and go into the little deteriated building use the key to open the door go down the stairs and explore around until you find another key then go back upstairs and around the the big main building use that key to get inside beat everyone in there and save he pokemon. After that you will be given a masterball and be told to go to mt coronet head to the top and beat some more bosses in double battles with your friend and after that dialga will be there and you can then capture it hope this help.
