Good luck---the truth is grim and secret.Many of our factories have moved there because of the lack of regulation.Sooo--I don't know where to point you because huge corporations like the Big Three auto mfr's are surely doing all they can to shush any info about it.Maybe a website at a university in Mexico?Get a local(mexican) contact that may steer you.Mexican Conservation Commission??Does one exist?I would love to know just how polluted their water is.
