Were can i fit a speaker box with 1 maybe 2 subs in a 96 ford f-150 single cab?

there's about a foot of space behind the seat and like 6 inches under the seat, but i heard the quality would not be as good if i put them there help?

  1. they make special boxes for tricks that slide under the seat, or behind the seat.  they are made by probox, and if you have a good shop in your area they should be able to get one for you.  be sure to ask for probox though.  they are made vehicle specific, so go to your retailer and tell them the year make and model of your truck, they will get you the right probox, either 1 or 2 sub, but really with the right sub, and the right amp, you only need one.  they will also help to match you up with the correct sub for that box, you cannot fit ALL subs into these boxes, depending on the depth of the box, because different subs require different amounts of air space, etc.
