would even sawp xp 2000 sp2 and windows crystal for it

It is never free except for illegal downloads. This makes your question illegal, subject to prosecution for copyright infringement. Not clever to publicly declare such an intent on a site controlled by regulators, who have now logged all your information.

Unless you have some specific software that demands it, I recommend that you forget it. Vista is garbage, and 64 bit is even worse. There is too much software that will not run on it, and it has no advantages.
