Don't do that.  A brand new saxophone for under $200.00 will be a piece of junk.  Unless you're looking to hang it on the wall or use it for something non- musical, it won't be good.

I heard you can buy saxophones at Wal Mart. However, they are the cheapo china made ones, and they don't last.  

You might want to check out craigslist.com in your local area and see if someone is selling one.  

Also, you could check out some pawn shops. They tend to have instruments.

They don't have any under $200 but you can pay it monthly.

Yeah, the problem with Walmart, or even ebay sax's, is that yes they are made in china, made from very flimsy materials, and you cannot find parts once something breaks. Check around local music stores, and see what used ones they have, maybe you can get one rent-2-own.
