Hi, I build RC scale models of local lobster boats, for me it helps a lot to have pictures of the boat I am replicating, you will need the measurements of the boat you want to scale down. Maybe if you contact Universal Studios they can give you the overall length, the beam (width at widest point) and the draft (amount of water needed to float the boat) I have just completed a model of the Wayne Beal 32' hard chine for my Boy's class, It is up for raffle for the 8th grade class trip, tickets have sold  for $1.00 for 1 ticket or $5.00 for 6 tickets.
