Were can i get a science fair poster board?

I have a science fair do soon.I need to know where to get a science fair board.But the board has to be able to stand up on its on.And the board has to have 3 sides.Thank you!

You can try the office supply stores, but they usually have white, or a limited amount of colors.  If a white board is what you want, that's where I would go as they have all sorts of different sized display boards.

If you want a colored board, you can go to a hobby store like Hobby Lobby or Michaels.   They will have a HUGE array of colored boards called mat boards.The downside is most of these are one whole sheet.  

You can score them (making a shallow cut so it folds) to make them fold.  Flip them so the white side is showing, and using a ruler (after measuring equal sides), carefully run a blade along the ruler.  Don't cut through, just make a shallow cut.  This will allow the board to fold into 3 pieces.

If you do cut through, no problem.  Cut the other piece (to make it look like it wasn't an accident) and just tape them together.

I don't know how old you are (but if your parents don't let you use sharp cutting tools, get them or someone older to help), but who ever does the cutting, make sure you cut away from yourself!

You can make one from cardboard.  Often you can buy sheets of board called bristol board at stores such as Walmart, or at craft and hobby stores, and you can tape three of them together to make your board, or you can tape three pieces of cardboard so that it stands as a three sided board.  Best of luck with it.

Check out Staples, Office Max or another office supply store.  I remember seeing it at Staples but they all usually sell the same stuff.  Sometimes they aren't in the most obvious spot so ask a clerk if you can't find it.

You could get it from the school store if you have one.or you could buy it  in staples...but its like $40!
