the best place to get a console of any kind repaired is by the manufaturer. in this case call 1-800-4my-xbox and setup a repair order (register the console if you havent already) if your console is under warrenty it will be repaired free, otherwise the fee is around $100. microsoft does offer a 3 year warrenty for the 3 red lights problem with earlier model consoles. if you cant afford this try searching on google for xbox 360 repair options and see if theres a place that can do it other than microsoft.
