Were can i install japanese and chinese language onto my computer?

ive recently been interested in jrock etc but alot of the names are showing as squares or question marks, where can i install it to show the languages ?

uhh well my computer already has all the language packs installed onto it

but go onto google and search it and make sure u download it from a trusted website

they are already there use your language bar or learn how to use your language bar...

or you could use bable fish it will translate it for you.
