It seems to buffer relatively quick too, or maybe that's just a fluke for me...

Either way, it's a good site. I think you can even download from there.

it has TONS of different anime and its only dubs =D. It does have full metal alchemist and LOADS more and they update certain shows like naruto and bleach weekly and you dont have to sign up you can watch it right away and its all free ^^
