  1. Real time data feeds are available from brokers and/or indepedent data and trading platform providers. Your broker may give you the feed for free (although it's not really free, cause you pay for it through commissions) or separately charge you for it.


  2. You can't, this information is only available for members of the exchange.

    There are some vendors that sell "streamers' but they are not (and can not be) current information, which is only for exchange members.
