Were could i get an albino green iguana?

Green iguana are NOT meant to be albino.

The iguana farms are doing this and it is inhuman! There has been much debate about these "colored" iguanas on iguana forums.

If you buy you are just buying because it is "cool", not knowing what the additional health problems that they can have, in addition to the health problems green/red iguanas already have. There has not been enough study on these new colored iguanas, if there life spans are the same, what additional health problems they can have. And you said the word that most people who do not care for there iguanas properly, that word is CHEAP! "Oh it's cheap, so if it dies at least I didn't spend that much money on it"

What you say is you have the set up, but what you don't say is what ... what type of UVB you are providing, what type of heat you are providing, what type of foods you are going to feed it, what type of humidity you are going to provide, and what type of living space are you going to be providing, do you have a herp/reptile vet that you can take your iguana too for medical treatment, do you have money saved up for medical costs. Yep it's cheap and cool looking.

There are so many green iguanas that are in rescue shelters due to there owners thinking they were "cool". Joy in a few years there going to have the multicolored iguanas soon.

I'm sorry if this reply sounds that I'm being a cruel, and/or blunt, but just because something is cool doesn't mean you should own.

Please keep in mind if you want an iguana that they aren't a cheap pet.  They can be great and wonderful if you know what you're getting into.   Eventually you will need a cage that would take up the size of a small room for the iguana to live comfortably as with tail, they can get up to 5-6ft long easily.    The biggest error that new owners make is not realizing how big Iguanas actually get and what kind of care they need.  

You need specific lighting - UVB lighting to maintain proper health.  Never ever ever use Iguana food from a pet store, they should always and only have a vegetarian diet.   No meat, no treats, no dried food.   Veggies - mostly green.    

There are a lot of great websites out there.. do some research.

im sure a breeder has one or  can get you into contact with another breeder who has them but ablino iguanas are moe prone to health issues and i doubt that they are cheap
