Were de-idustrialization, open borders and dumbed down education and media key to the "War on Poverty"?

  1. Actually, they are all facets of the same socialist world view.

    Per that view, the primary social virtue is equality of outcome.

    Thus, its adherents are willing to trade everything for equality; they will sacrifice cultural diversity, opportunity, economic opportunity, educational excellence, and free speech in the media.  

    Under this world-view borders are evil, meritocracy of open education is evil, free speech [via the media, etc.] is evil, and the presence of more industrialization in one country than another is evil.  

    Sound like any political party having a meeting in Denver this week ?  


  2. Actually, I believe most items on your list were intended to enslave people to the socialist platform by making them more dependent on Uncle Sam.

  3. 1, the LIEberal media is just that, they lie about everything as long as it sells their news.

    #2, they could care less about poverty as long as they sell their news to people in or out of poverty.

    #3, I don't see how any of those things are linked together other than being part of Obama's policies and he's losing this election more each day and the LIEberal media loves Buttock Insane Obama.
