Were do you get a camera that takes pictures like this?..?

i like pictures that are bright and nice. thankssssss:D

As you can see... the girls in the photo are kind of squinting. There is obvious very bright lights in their face. So, the photographer probably overexposed that shot by just a bit.  They could have stopped down the aperture or shutter and the color balance of the skin tones would have looked better.

It is photo-shop. If you look close on the girl on the right where the shadow should be from her hair it's un-naturally reddish. If you want to photo-shop like that real easy I would suggest using GIMP 2.4.6. It's fairly easy to learn, and you can make photos like that (that look better) in no time. Also if you notice the background is very dark, which means the flash didn't glare off the windows, and the darker background makes the foreground look lighter.

It's not the camera....it's the editing. Looks like it was just brightened and sharpened too much.
