thebest place to look would be in Indianapolis, or Ft Wayne.

I don't know of any place that sells kunais locally, but you should check out martial arts supply stores.  

One place to ask is this training studio.  They teach Tantujitsu (Japanese knife fighting), among other things, so they probably have some idea where to buy kunais.   They might even sell them.  Anyway, it's worth checking out:
