McDonalds: Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits, Chicken Sandwiches, Fries, Egg McMuffin

Wendys: about anything

Burger King: not much

So overall, I like McDonalds and Wendys better.

If I had to pick from these three, it would be Wendy's because I like the choices on the menue, more variety, healthier. Try Cafe 56 though next time - much healthier and better portion sizes
