We have evidence I know but is it possible that we are the only species on this planet that has the ability to communicate with or without speaking? Is it are lobes in our brain that plays the key difference that make us human? we always compare ourselves to chimps they are are cousins so why not? Are their any other animals that share almost identicale dna to their cousins for example polar bears and black bears. Is it also possible that are species may be a constant throughout the universe on planets and envrinments like Earth? What I am saying in short is evolution wrong did we master our environment change because of diet vitamin c and cooked

more digestiable protein?

  1. We are unique but then again so are every animal that has evolved.  We come from a line of presumably very intelligent apes.  We developed bipedalism and greater intelligence.  We are not so different from Neanderthals, less similar to H. erectus, less similar to earlier bipeds but still we are not that unique.  A chimp has a very good brain as does an elephant or a dolphin.  The difference I think is that we have created this symbollic language to such a degree that knowledge is saved and added to in subsequent generations.

  2. Yes! We are different from other living things!

There are many other problems with the theory of evolution.

There are also many problems with many theories of creationists. There are probably problems with the way I believe the world was made and exists.

Why? Because we're humans and we have fallen logic because of Adam's sin.

What I as a Christian know for sure is that the Bible (in it's original form) is true and the word of God.

So the answer is that we are different because we were created by God.

  3. It's the fault of our hands and the freedom to use those hands. We probably have all sorts of potential just like all the other animals. Transformers.

  4. Considering that we went from vegetarian, bi-pedal apes, without a true language, within the past two million years, to being able to virtually control our home planet & be dominant over the rest of the animal kingdom, you could say that we advanced, to fill this ecological niche at quite an accelerated pace!

But before we start "patting" ourselves on the back, remember that 99.9% of all the species that have ever lived on the earth, are now extinct, and within the next million years, that will likely be our fate as well (That is, unless we can escape to colonize Mars, or somewhere else)!

  5. So what is your question?

Many things communicate apart from humans. I saw a swarm of tiny flies in the garden spinning around in a tight pattern. They were clearly communicating in order to do that.

I hear birds singing. That is communication.

Dogs barking across gardens and responding.

  6. this is a controversial question. i do think there is not specific answer for this but there are theories presented that you might want to consider.

  7. We are unique because we were created through genetic engineering by highly advanced scientists belonging to other civilizations from a different planet. However, we still did have to evolve quite a bit to get to the point we are at now but that doesn't negate the fact that we we're "assisted" along the way if you will.

    *eternal:

How do you know that we didn't colonize the earth escaping from mars?

If depending on your ending statement be hypothetically true in the future, so it must be in the past.

    . Something to think about.

  8. We still haven't mastered it.

Don't forget there are environments that are not immediately apparent - such as social and political.

Once humans master these two environments, then i believe that we might just have reached a stage in which we won't be tripping over our own feet.

Of Course, all environments could be said to be part of the same single environment, that we know only as 'reality'.

  9. trade the word "mastered " for ruined!    yes to "unique " in the fact that we are the one to drive our resources to extinction and eliminate our wildlife.....   probably the species that will go extinct due to a lack of intelligence !!
