I haven't been able to find a retailer in Toronto that sells them.

The web says no, but you might want to to some exclusive shoppes in Yorkville or if you can venture to the suburbs, the Sherway Gardens or Bayview Village malls both have up-scale clothing stores.  Their stores may find if not what you want, something similar.  

Both are beautiful malls if you have some cash to give them.

Try the classifieds boards like craigslist or Buy and Sell and see if someone is selling them, new or used, save some money.
