Were is a good place to buy a horse?

Well i have been riding scence i was 5 and i want to get a horse. I love doing western but im an expert im english too. My parent said that it is to much money to have a horse in the ''oc.''Dose anyone no a cheep place to buy one but that have good horses.

Priorities must first be put in order.  What is the budget for up keep and maintenance of the purchase.  Once established, then it must be considered how much riding and how often or schedule.  Then there are numerous places to acquire useful riding mounts.  Working ranches always have one or two older made geldings available reasonable to a good home.

Have you considered adoption or foster care? If not but might like to, then I would strongly urge you to contact a horse rescue group in our area. And adoption fees are most often very, very low. Very often only $250 to $300. And I think one of the best ways to locate them in your state is to use your favorite search engine. I like Google. Search like this: Indiana+horse+rescue+adoption, but enter your state. And it would be a good idea to search nearby states since some will adopt to persons residing in other states.

I used to be a happy horse

A family nice and true

My owner came and said to me

"You know, I really love you"

I was always hayed and fed

and before each night was done

she came along and kissed my nose

and tucked me in for bed

The days and weeks went by

and less of her I saw

"I wonder where she went" I thought

"Why's she not here by my side?"

I was hungry, cold and weak

I hadn't been fed in days

all I could do was shiver and stare

and think and hope and pray

The weeks turned into months

my ribs showed through my skin

I was getting weaker by the second

And very, very thin

I am taking my last breath now

being looked out for by a dove

I now am a lifeless horse

A horse who once was loved.
