  4. hmmmm, tough question.  I say s***w San Diego, go surf in Nebraska.  Better location.

  6. La Jolla Shores, Scripps and Torrey Pines are the absolute best spots to surf for beginners. You want to go to a place where the waves a weaker, less crowded, not localized and where other beginners are as well. Torrey Pines is the absolute best place to learn how to surf in SD because it is hardly ever croweded and the waves are a lot weaker.
