Fire Mountain Gems is reliable and the people who work there are nice.  

They give you a discount when you buy in large quantities (You can mix and match - it doesn't all have to be one thing to get the discount)

I've ordered from them often over the years and always have been pleased.

You can also check out Rio Grande, but  I have heard some things recently about their pricing being too unpredictable and variable.
