are you the owner or member? if you're the owner

management- under group settings click web tools- web tools (edit)<-- click the edit- 1st in the list is Files / Photos- choose members- click save changes

some groups disable files/ photo's due to uplaoding of inappropriate content- if you're a member and the owner disabled these to members, you're just oughtta luck

you may not have them turned on, click on management and then WEB TOOLS to see.. if you cant, ask the moderator
